Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Ledja, a business management app for stock, sales, credit, and POS tracking, built by Telifort ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

The service

Ledja lets you record and manage inventory, sales, customers, credit, expenses, and POS transactions, on Android and Windows, with or without an internet connection. Some features (syncing across devices, cloud backup, the AI assistant, Ledja Connect) require an internet connection to work.

Your account

• You're responsible for your business's account, including any staff logins you create under it and the PINs used to access them. Keep them private — anyone with a staff PIN can act as that staff member within the app.
• You must provide accurate information (business name, phone number) when signing up.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the business data you enter — stock, sales, pricing, and records are yours, and we don't verify them.

Subscriptions, trials, and payment

• Plans are billed in Naira for the period you choose, processed by Paystack. Each plan includes a device limit; using more devices than your plan allows requires upgrading or removing a device.
• Renewal is either manual (you renew each period yourself) or auto-renew (your saved card is charged automatically), depending on what you select at checkout.
• If a subscription isn't renewed by its end date, access to online/sync features is restricted until it's renewed — your data isn't deleted for this alone.
• Trials, where offered, run for a fixed number of days at no charge and carry no obligation to continue — nothing is auto-charged when a trial ends.
• Fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or at our discretion for a genuine service failure on our part. Contact us (see below) if you believe you're owed one.

Acceptable use

Don't use Ledja for anything illegal, don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense access to the app, and don't try to circumvent device limits, subscription checks, or other staff members' accounts.

Ledja Agents

Agents who refer businesses to Ledja earn commission per our agent program's current terms, paid out periodically. Commission rates, payout schedules, and program terms may be updated from time to time; agents are notified of material changes.

Your data

You own the business data you enter into Ledja. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how it's used. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account or data.

Service availability

Ledja is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we're not liable for losses arising from downtime, bugs, or data loss beyond what's reasonably within our control — this is why the app is built to work offline and keep your data on your device as well as in the cloud.

Termination

You may stop using Ledja and request account deletion at any time (see Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate an account for violating these terms, non-payment, or fraudulent use.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app and business change. Continuing to use Ledja after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
